Incubated by IE RISE (Inland Empire Roadmap for Inclusion, Sustainability, and Equity), the IE 2030 Vision and Roadmap for Community Wellbeing aims to develop a robust process of community development and inclusive regional planning that: 1) engages grassroots, business, and government partners across its various sub-regions, and 2) provides a policy and investment roadmap for more inclusive, equitable, and sustainable systems that advance community well-being.
